The Journal of Face Aesthetics adheres to the ethical principles and procedures recommended by the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE), as outlined in the Code of Conduct and Best Practice Guidelines for Journal Editors, Peer Reviewers, and Authors, available on the COPE website: https://publicationethics.org/resources/guidelines

In case of biomedical or medical articles, Editors of journal adhere to best practices and ethical standards recommended by International Committee of Medical Journal Editors (ICMJE). All the Authors are encouraged to read the recommendations at http://www.icmje.org.

Reporting of research involving humans, Authors are required to adhere to the ethical principles set forth in the World Medical Association’s Declaration of Helsinki (www.wma.net). The manuscript must include a statement confirming that the study received approval from the appropriate institutional ethics committee and that informed consent was obtained from all human participants. This statement should be included in the Materials and Methods section.
